As a result of our growth, we have the following exciting and rewarding opportunity:Sales AdvisorAkron, OHResponsibilities: In this position, youll take inbound sales and service requests from our policyholders, as well as make outbound calls to qualified leads. This candidate will follow up on quotes offered as well as seek and act on cross sell opportunities. Requirements:Qualifications: Experience working in a call center environment taking inbound sales and service requests, as well as making outbound calls to leads received from various channels, experience working in an agency where several different companies are represented, previous sales and customer service experience, outstanding communication and computer skills, the ability to multi-task and work independently, a dependable attendance record, the ability to work evening shift. A Property & Casualty license is preferred. In the event you have the above qualifications but no P & C license, training for P & C license will be provided on-site.
